HW420 - Unit 5: The Key Role of Thought in Wellness and Healing

1. Compare and contrast the Loving Kindness exercise and the Subtle mind exercise. Explain your experience including the benefits, frustrations etc.
This was a great experience, just like meditating. In order to complete the exercise you must be in a place completely noise free. No kids running around and yelling like my kids. I have to wait till the kids leave. While completing exercise your mind actually starts feeling lighter not to a sleepy point but relaxing.

2. Discuss the connection of the spiritual wellness to mental and physical wellness. Explain how the connection is manifested in your personal life.
Once I complete the excise I can do this for a long time, I feel as if i was really by the    beach listening to the waves and no troubles, nowhere to be no one to attend, just me and my time. All troubles are carried away by the water in the sea.  I feel renewed full of life with such a lifted spirit. Feels like walking on air
