HW420: Creating Wellness: Psychological and Spiritual Aspects of Healing

Hello Professor and Classmates,
1.        Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?

My A-physical wellbeing , I will be honest it will be at a 6, as much as i love Yoga and and it does wonders (keeps me in shape) I have not been able to practice as usual, I have hurt my foot and its going on almost a year and still can't seem to do all the stretching it requires without feeling pain. B-Spiritual well-being i can say it has drastically dropped to a 4-5 due to my injury. C-psychological well-being also has dropped drastically to a 4-5 from 8-9, i feel as if I have no control over my feeling at times, I become very sensitive, angry, and at times confused.

2.        Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
My Goal is to start my Kundalini Yoga as of week and try to find a way to stretch and don't hurt my foot.

3.        What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
Apart from Yoga, Meditation and riding bikes with my children. Actually three days before i hurt my foot last year in August i had just bough a new beach bike that is waiting for me to ride. :)

4.        Complete the relaxation exercise The Crime of the Century. To hear this exercise, click here. Describe your experience. (What it beneficial? Frustrating? etc.)
Wow! it was as if i was attending one of my Kundalini Yoga live class AMAZING, i had a bit of trouble finding colors but eventually I will get there, its been quite sometime.
